Clustal W is a multiple sequence alignment program for biological sequences to progressively align multiple protein or DNA sequences. The Delta HPC implementation of Clustal W is coupled with the SGI HTC HTC Environment for Bioinformatics for maximum efficiency on SGI hardware.
